Managing Member

Braxton works side by side with sponsors and investors on their deals, advising on acquisitions, structuring joint ventures and debt, and guiding transactions through closing. After closing, he stays on as their partner in asset management, overseeing budgets, performance, and investor reporting so the business plan gets executed.

He earned his M.S. in Real Estate from Texas A&M and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.

Outside work, he enjoys reading, fitness, football, and time with his fiancée and dog.
